an evening with Charlie Burrell

25th February 2016

Charlie Burrell, the inspiration behind the pioneering rewilding project at Knepp Castle Estate in West Sussex, will be talking about how he’s transformed 3,500 acres of former arable and dairy farmland into one of the most exciting conservation projects in private hands in Lowland Europe. Now, teeming with wildlife and a breeding hotspot for some of the UK’s critically endangered species including nightingales and turtle doves, Bechstein’s and barbastelle bats, Knepp is transforming the way we look at nature conservation in the UK.
